• Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency investments are prohibited
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

When you create an account with Goldii92, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must provide a valid referral code during registration. Without a valid referral code, registration will not be completed.

Goldii92 offers various investment plans with different profit percentages. By investing in any plan, you acknowledge:

• Investments are made from your deposit balance
• Daily profits are calculated based on the plan's ROI percentage
• Profits are added to your earning balance every 24 hours
• You can claim profits after each 24-hour cycle
• Minimum investment amounts apply to each plan

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: $3 USD
• Deposits are made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or USDT (TRC20/BEP20)
• Screenshot proof is required for all deposits
• Deposits are pending until approved by admin
• Approved deposits are added to your deposit balance

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: $1 for Easypaisa/JazzCash, $5 for USDT
• Maximum 2 withdrawals per day
• Withdrawals are processed from earning and commission balances only
• Withdrawal requests are pending until approved by admin
• USDT withdrawals include a $1 fee

Goldii92 offers a 5-level referral commission structure:

• Level 1: 8% on investments
• Level 2: 4% on investments
• Level 3: 2% on investments
• Level 4: 1% on investments
• Level 5: 1% on investments

Commissions are credited to your pending commission balance and can be claimed once they reach $1.

• Deposit Fees: No deposit fees
• Easypaisa/JazzCash Withdrawals: No fees
• USDT Withdrawals: $1 fee per transaction
• Inactivity Fee: None at this time

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts
• Use fraudulent payment methods
• Attempt to manipulate the referral system
• Use bots or automated scripts
• Engage in any illegal activities through our platform
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our services

Goldii92 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldii92 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or investment amounts
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Actions of third parties

Goldii92 may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via:
